I'm a little upset with the gain from my lowest point. I guess it's from the salty soup, but I feel like the losses have lost momentum.

12:00PM - 220 cals.-Bike
One can of Slimfast milk chocolate(220)
3:45PM - 220 cals.
One can of Slimfast milk chocolate(220)
4:45PM - 340 cals.
Four tomato sandwiches(85 each) each made with Wasa sourdough rye hardtack(35) havarti cheese(~40) and sliced tomato(~10)
10:30PM - ??? cals.
Chicken and broccoli (extra spicy) with white rice from Ollies. Definitely over my cals left for the day. What the hell.
