Didn't weigh today. Hunger pangs are up and down. I find that I'm thinking about food more and more.
Meals - 1200 cals.
12:45PM - 447 cals.-Bike
Wendy's taco salad w/3 chips(~427), one bite of chicken(~10), one bite of baked potato(~10)
4:45PM - 220 cals.
One Slimfast chocolate shake(220)
6:00PM - 406 cals.
1/4 small Dominos thin crust pizza with ham, mushrooms, green peppers, pepper rings, and fresh tomatos(~208) with one Dominos garden salad(128) and a can of V8(70)
10:35PM - 110 cals.
1/2 Slimfast chocolate cookie dough bar(220)
