Saturday's Diet Log

Today's weight: 213.4, lost 2.8 lbs., 0.7 lbs./day avg.
Today's bodyfat: 29.8%
Today's waist: just under 42.5"

Today I lost a little (0.4 pounds) but that's probably due to the late weighing at 12:20PM more than anything else. Today will be my first day trying to consume under 1,200 calories. I don't expect too much difficulty, but I expect it will take a little while to stop feeling hungry.

Meals - 1,200 cals.
12:30 - 425 cals.
Five tomato sandwiches(85 each) each made with Wasa sourdough rye hardtack(35) havarti cheese(~40) and sliced tomato(~10)

4:30PM - 500 cals.
One Dominos garden salad(128) mixed with one Dominos grilled chicken caesar salad(200), one packet of croutons(88) and two packets of light italian dressing(20 each), also one chicken kicker(~44)

12:30AM - 285 cals.
Two small cans of V8(35 each), 1 cup of sliced mushrooms(15), 1 cup of broccoli(30), 1 cup of cauliflower(25), 1/2 cup carrots(15), 1/2 cup celery(10), two servings Paul Newman light italian dressing(60 each)
