Tuesday's Food Log
Based on my current weight, estimated lean weight, and target weight I've assumed a calorie limit of 1,700 calories per day. This might be a little aggressively low right now, but I want to get a jumpstart on loss.
11:00AM - 545 cals.
Whopper Jr. w/Cheese(430), 1/2 small fries(115) and a diet coke(0)
6:30PM - 230 cals.
One Kirkland chocolate shake(230)
11:00PM - 925 cals.
Chunky Turkey Chili(~400) over 2 1/4 cups rice(~450) with 5 saltine crackers(70)
