Glad I'm back on track. I hope the rapid decline will last for a little while.
Yesterday was 1,400 calories, let's shoot for 1,300 today. Then I'll probably drop to 1,200 tomorrow and hold it there as long as I can.
Meals - 1,300 cals.
10:15AM - 230 cals.- Bike
One Kirkland chocolate shake(230)
4:30PM - 140 cals.
Two cans of V8(70 each)
5:45PM - 260 cals.
1/2 cup each of raw broccoli(~15), cauliflower(~13), baby carrots(~26) and celery(~10) with 4 dollops of sour cream and onion dip(~200)
7:25PM - 625 cals.
2 1/6 california rolls(270 each), ~2 packs soy sauce with wasabi(~20), ~2 oz. pineapple(~20)
9:25PM - 50 cals.
1/2 cup 1% milk(50)
