Thursday's Diet Log

Today's weight: 215.0
Today's bodyfat: 27.6%
Today's waist: slightly over 42.5"

I'm a little surprised that I didn't have another weight decline. I guess eating a smaller meal earlier in the day didn't work for me. I suspect the measured bodyfat decline is from having walked two miles prior to the measurment.

Oh well, there's always tomorrow. I'm going to ratchet down the calories again. Today I'll shoot for 1,400.

Meals - 1,400 cals.
10:52AM - 230 cals.
One Kirkland chocolate shake(230)

2:30PM - 260 cals.
1/2 cup each of raw broccoli(~15), cauliflower(~13), baby carrots(~26) and celery(~10) with 4 dollops of sour cream and onion dip(~200)

4:30PM - 220 cals.
One Slim Fast rich chocolate brownie bar(220)

7:20PM - 340 cals.
Four tomato sandwiches(85 each) each made with Wasa sourdough rye hardtack(35) havarti cheese(~40) and sliced tomato(~10)

9:55PM - 310 cals.
One Caramel Nut Blast Balance Bar Gold(210) and one cup of 1% milk(100)
