Well I weighed late again, but I'm very happy with my first week results. The past few days have been difficult from an ongoing hunger perspective, but I feel the pangs slowly subsiding. I need to start expanding my menu because I'm starting to get a little bored with my current food picks.
Meals - 1,200 cals.
2:45PM - 230 cals.-Bike
One Kirkland chocolate shake(230)
4:30PM - 220 cals.
One Slimfast chocolate brownie bar(220)
8:45PM - 420 cals.
Two packets Lipton cup-a-soup(50 each), four pieces hardtack (two sourdough rye(35 each), two light rye(25 each)), roughly 2 ounces of havarti(~200)
10:50PM - 340 cals.
Two cups Honey Nut Cheerios(120 each) with one cup 1% milk(100)
