Hey, I'm below 210! Whee! 206.2 here we come! My bodyfat is down from walking a little before coming home to take my reading. I'm planning on having some super-salty soup today, so I expect my weight may go up tommorow.

Three servings of Lipton instant soup with chicken(240) augmented with one chicken bouillion cube(10?), one can of chicken(70), 1/8 cup of rice(75), and 1/3 cup of egg noodles(73) also three pieces of sourdough rye hardtack(105)
7:30PM - 220 cals.
One Slimfast chocolate shake(220)
9:00PM - 422 cals.
Three servings of Lipton instant soup with chicken(240) augmented with one chicken bouillion cube(10?), 1/8 cup of rice(75), 2 cups of chopped broccoli(60), 1 cup of chopped mushrooms(15), and 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan(22)
