Meals - 1,200 cals.
10:45AM - 220 cals.
One Slimfast chocolate shake(220)

12:25PM - 220 cals.
One Slimfast chocolate cookie dough bar(220)

1:50PM - 70 cals.
One can of V8(70)

4:45PM - 505 cals.
Five tomato sandwiches(85 each) each made with Wasa sourdough rye hardtack(35) havarti cheese(~40) and sliced tomato(~10) plus 2 extra slices of cheese(~40)

6:30PM - 90 cals.
Two cups of raw broccoli(60) and two cups of sliced mushrooms(30)

9:30PM - 105 cals.
One can of V8(70) and one piece of hardtack
