Six tomato sandwiches(85 each) each made with Wasa sourdough rye hardtack(35) havarti cheese(~40) and sliced tomato(~10)
6:30PM - 220 cals.
One Slimfast chocolate brownie bar(220)
8:00PM - 888 cals.
1/2 small Dominos thin crust pizza with ham, mushrooms, green peppers, pepper rings, and fresh tomatos(~416) with two Dominos garden salads(256), two packets of croutons(176) and two packets of light italian dressing(40)
