Tuesday's Diet Log
I think I'm now afraid of my scale. I dropped Carolyn off at work and then proceeded to drive over 800 miles today. So, not a good third week update on the diet.
Meals - 1,700 cals.
12:00PM - 755 cals.-Bike
Burger King Whopper Jr. with cheese(430), 1/2 small fries(115), and five piece chicken tenders(210)
10:00PM - 945 cals.
Burger King Whopper Jr. with cheese(430), 1/2 small fries(115), chili(190) and five piece chicken tenders(210)
