Not too much to report, but I have to start working out. I've stopped with the 1,200 calorie idea because the results weren't worth the difficulty.

12:30PM - 636 cals.-Bike
1/2 small Dominos thin crust pizza with ham, mushrooms, green peppers, pepper rings, and fresh tomatos(~416) with one Slimfast chocolate shake(220)
3:30PM - 510 cals.
Six tomato sandwiches(85 each) each made with Wasa sourdough rye hardtack(35) havarti cheese(~40) and sliced tomato(~10)
8:00PM - 150 cals.
One 12 oz. bottle of Heineken(150)
9:45PM - ??? cals.
One BLT(???) and one Bronco with cheese and mushrooms(???) from Jackson Hole
