Bike Ride - Rollers

I rode my planned 5 minutes more than last time, and threw in a short (~1 minute) "sprint" to 100RPM. Nothing else about the ride was much different from the last one, but I had hand pain that made me continually change hand position.

I forgot my HRM did KCal estimates and didn't remember until after I deleted the file from the last ride, but since it thinks I only weigh 191, the estimates are off anyway. I weighed myself after the ride and saw 213.4, although that's probably artificially low due to the late weighing and ride sweating, it's nice to see.
